Compensatory Disclosures:
BIA received a fee of $20,000 from Stock Onion/ OC Promise Land LLC for a one week BGBR awareness campaign.
BIA received a fee of $30,000 from Stock Onion/ OC Promise Land LLC for a one month ECOB awareness campaign.
BIA received a fee of $20,000 from a third party of AMEL for a one week awareness campaign.
On 5/18/10 BIA received 100,000 free trading shares of FLMG from a third party of FLMG for a ninety day awareness campaign.
BIA received five thousand dollars and 1,755,555 free trading shares of SHAR from a third party for a one week SHAR Investor awareness campaign. BIA expects to renew its contract at the end of its terms and anticipates additional compensation. On 6.16.10 BIA received an additional 5million free trading shares from a third party of SHAR and extended its media exposure contract for 2 more months. To this date BIA has received a total five thousand dollars and 6,755,555 free trading shares of SHAR from a third party for a 3month awareness campaign.
BIA received two million free trading shares of SPAH from a third party of SPAH for a two week awareness campaign.
BIA received six million free trading shares of MNDP from a third party of MNDP as consideration for a one week awareness campaign.
BIA received ten thousand dollars from a third party of ETNL as consideration for a one week awareness campaign.
